By the State of Missouri election laws, I cannot accept contributions in excess of $325.00 per person, (including minors) business, or "in kind" (goods or services). Any contributions in excess of $25.00 per person, (including minors) business, or "in kind" requires that I list my campaign report to the Election Authority, the name, address and employer or occupation if self employed, of each contributor. I cannot accept cash contributions (checks, OK) in excess of $100.00. I can accept cash for up to $25.00 per person, (including minors) business, or "in kind" or anonymous contributions, with no other information required, as of January 23, 2008. This applies only to the Primary Election, August 5, 2008. Contributions are without limits after Aug. 28, 2008 for the General Election, November 4, 2008. Thank you very much.
